  • Vstřícnost personálu

  • Noční hluk z ulice při otevřeném okně. Pokud v parných dnech a teplých nocí není k dispozici klimatizace, je nutno spát při otevřeném okně.

  • Pokoj byl pěkný prostorný, pěkný výhled

  • Moc nízké postele, špatně se z nich zvedá když má člověk problémy s páteří a je vysoký. Nefungoval hotelový telefon, personal byl upozorněn a nic se nedělo.

  • Ve sprše nebyl v zásobníku sprchový gel, ve sprše i v umyvadle špatně odtékala voda a ve vaně nefungoval mechanický špunt - mechanismus byl poškozený, špunt ležel na vaně, když jsem špunt zastrčil, nebylo ho možné vytáhnout - musel jsem použít nůž...

  • Obsluha a čisto!

  • Určitě bych vylepšila čerstvost a rozmanitost pečiva k snídani! Taky cena večeře neodpovídala množství a přípravě např. opečené brambory nebyly chutně připraveny, zjevně byly staré!

  • Služby při ubytování bez připomínek,vzhledem k poloze hotelu je velmi fajn možnost parkování,z mé strany spokojenost.
